All Sales Final
Primethreadz operates on a final-sale model standard in premium streetwear resale. All purchases are final — we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order is placed. This lets us keep prices sharp and inventory moving.
Before you buy
Check sizing carefully. We include size, color, and measurement info on every product page where available. Reach out at kicksvenus@gmail.com before ordering if you're unsure about a size — we'd rather answer a question than have you end up with something that doesn't fit. Final-sale means final.
Exceptions (the only ones)
We'll make it right in three situations. Each requires the item to be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have all original tags and packaging intact. Once tags are removed or the item has been worn, the final-sale rule applies without exception.
- You received the wrong item — contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We may ask you to ship the incorrect item back (we cover return shipping) before we send the correct one.
- Your item arrived damaged or defective — contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue plus a photo of the original packaging. Damage reported after 24 hours or after the item has been worn is not eligible.
- Your order never arrives — if tracking confirms the package was lost in transit (not just marked delivered), we'll ship a replacement or refund in full. Packages showing delivered status to the correct address are considered fulfilled.
How to report an issue
Email kicksvenus@gmail.com with: your order number (PT-XXXXXXXX), clear photos of the issue, photos of the item with tags still attached, photos of the original packaging. We typically respond within 24 hours. Incomplete reports will delay resolution.
Chargebacks
We take care of our customers — if something goes wrong, reach out first and we'll fix it. Filing a chargeback with your bank without contacting us results in a permanent ban from Primethreadz and all associated platforms. We maintain records of chargeback fraud shared across reseller networks — this follows you to future purchases on other marketplaces. Don't do it.
